ADA 2, whose production, software and robot interface studies were developed by AKINROBOTICS, is taking its place in everyday life. ADA 2, the second prototype of the ADA series of social robots, has a wide range of functions from kitchen services to obstacle detection with a series of technical features. Among these features are taking orders from the kitchen, serving tables, walking, talking, seeing, obstacle detection, and a two-axis movable head. These technical features have enabled the robots to successfully perform various tasks and provide users with an interactive experience. The project's start date was determined as July 7, 2014, and it was successfully completed on March 26, 2015. The weight of Social Robot ADA 2 is 36 kg, and its height of 150 cm. The battery technology used in the robot is lead-acid (12V), and it has Turkish speech recognition capability. Social Robot ADA G2 has stood out not only with its visual and auditory perception capability but also with its ability to safely move by perceiving obstacles in its environment. The two-axis movable head allows the robot to offer a more flexible and interactive experience. The ADA G3 Social Robot, which served as a waiter at Cadde Meram Cafe and Robotics Application Center, which is considered the first step taken in the field of robotics technology in our country by AKINSOFT and AKINROBOTICS in 2014, completed its active duties and is now on display for visitors at the Istanbul Robot Museum, which was opened by AKINSOFT and AKINROBOTICS on December 15, 2022.
