ADA GH5, whose production, software and robot interface studies were developed by AKINROBOTICS, is taking its place in everyday life. ADA GH5 is the eighth prototype of the social robot ADA series, created by AKINROBOTICS. ADA GH5 has been actively participating in various events and organizations, undertaking tasks such as promotion and brochure distribution at airports, shopping malls, company events, and trade fairs. Capable of dancing, providing directional guidance, offering waitstaff services, and presenting product introductions, ADA GH5 can also serve as a welcoming hostess and receptionist.
With its active use of computer and internet capabilities, ADA GH5 provides instant responses online, offering updates on news, weather, and answering any questions you may have. In educational institutions, ADA GH5 can engage with children through educational elements and materials. Additionally, ADA GH5 is suitable for general tasks such as award presentations, ribbon-cutting ceremonies, and cake slicing.
The project started on December 9, 2016, and ADA GH5 was completed on November 4, 2017. Weighing 90 kg and measuring 165 cm in length, ADA GH5 can operate actively for approximately 2 hours on a full charge. It also possesses the capability to use multiple languages. ADA GH5, having successfully fulfilled its active duties, is now showcased for visitors at the Istanbul Robot Museum, which was opened by AKINSOFT and AKINROBOTICS on December 15, 2022.
